AegisCRT’s Principal, Karen Boyd, CPP, has over 25 years of experience in consumer, pharmaceutical, medical device, and chemical packaging development. Karen has developed container & closure systems, managed numerous new package design launches for organizations like Novartis, Stiefel Laboratories, Solvay and Lonza.
She is trained in the following regulations; Transportation of Hazardous Materials (49 CFR), International Air Transport Association (IATA), International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) and Food and Drug (21 CFR).
In 2008 she earned the Lifetime Packaging Professional Certification from the Institute of Packaging Professionals. She served as President of the IOPP SE Chapter 2016-2017.
